Overview

We process two kinds of data: account information for dentists who use the portal, and clinical case files (CBCT/DICOM studies, intra-oral scans and derived plans) uploaded to fulfil a service.

Clinical & patient data

Case files may contain patient identifiers. They are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are never published. Showcase content is sanitized to remove patient identifiers before it is made public.

Storage & access

Private case files are accessible only to the submitting account and the clinician fulfilling the case, enforced by row-level security and signed URLs.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example GDPR / HIPAA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete data. Contact us to exercise them.
