Years at the planning bench, turned into predictable placements
All On Us is led by a dentist who chose to specialize in the part of implant care most clinics would rather not own: the planning. Every case here is hand-planned in professional desktop software, implants positioned one at a time against the anatomy, the bone and the restoration that has to sit on top.
That work is shaped by years of guided-surgery experience and a near-obsessive focus on the things that go wrong when planning is rushed: an implant too close to the inferior alveolar nerve, a breach into the sinus, an angulation that fights the final crown. Each plan is checked against the nerve canal, the sinus floor and the prosthetic endpoint before it is ever signed off.
There is no automated AI deciding where the drill goes. The software stack, RealGuide, exoplan and exocad, is an instrument in a clinician's hands, not a replacement for the judgment. The platform around it simply makes the expertise easy to reach: upload a scan, track the case, review the plan, approve it and download a guide you can print.
Most of all, this is a long-term relationship rather than a transaction. The aim with every clinic is the same: understand how you work, standardize the workflow once, and become the planning partner you reach for on every implant case, not the file vendor you forget the moment the STL lands.
