CBCT/DICOM studies run from hundreds of megabytes to several gigabytes. Uploads go directly to secure storage in resumable chunks, so a dropped connection picks up exactly where it left off, with no re-uploading from scratch.

Typically two to four business days, depending on the service and case complexity. You can watch the status move through your portal the whole way: submitted, in planning, ready for review.

Yes. Client files live in private, owner-scoped storage and are only ever served through signed links that expire. Showcase content is always sanitized: patient names and identifiers are stripped before anything is published publicly.

Request changes right from the review screen. Nothing is delivered until you approve, and revisions loop back through the same review step, so the final files always reflect a plan you signed off on.
